Picasa

Google officially discontinued the Picasa software in April of 2016. Google Photos is the recommended solution for your lifetime of photos uploaded to the cloud, but if you still have it Picasa will still work (on Windows) for working with the pictures on your computer. You can organize, edit, and make collages.  We taught Picasa from 2005 until it’s demise in 2016. If you still want to learn something about it, you’ll find all our videos below. Just realize that you cannot use Picasa to interact with the cloud – you cannot upload pictures or use email from within Picasa. And, on a Mac, the software will not even open. You can find info on downloading the Picasa installation files from Picasa Resources, or, here is our Picasa Download for Members.
