Q: Hi, my smartphone android is saying ” Unfortunately, Camera has stopped.” and I need to press an “ok” button. No other message or options are provided. This is a cheap Figo and I am new to all of this so maybe I broke it? The instructions that came with phone are very general and don’t even address the camera at all. Also are there some phones that do not have the ability for someone to record their own voicemail message? This phone doesn’t address that at all and so maybe I just can’t do that.
A: It’s probably not really a problem, it’s just a crash, yur camera has become nn-responsive and it needs to be shut down and re-launched. You can just reboot the camera app. Tap the multi-tasking button – aka recent apps – and swipe the camera app off (or tap the X). Now, when you go back to your home screen and open the camera, it should be fine. If not, then Restart the whole phone (hold down power until you see option to restart.
