Judy,
Glad to see you taking advantage of our “Ask the Geeks” !
Photos taken on your Pixel phone, should be getting backed up online with the Google Photos app. Is it possible you turned off the backup feature? To check, open the Google Photos app (multi-colored pinwheel icon) on your phone, tap the 3-line menu in upper left, and choose Settings, Backup and Sync – is it on? If not, turn it on and the backup should resume.
If it was on, go back to the main “Photos” tab and look at the top of the screen, you should see a “Backup Complete” message – or a message with the number of photos remaining to back up. Watch the video below to see what I mean.
If the backup is complete, you should be able to go to your computer, open a browser (Chrome) and go to https://photos.google.com/. If you are signed in with the same Google account that is set on your phone, you should be seeing all the photos there.
Let me know if this helps. If not, we’ll continue.

Chris, you just told me I subscribed 6 months ago. I am admitting that I have not studied nor read anything up to a couple days ago. I really did join too soon so have not taken advantage of membership. I will from now on, especially since I only have 6 more months of learning. Lots of catching up to do.
I’m glad it worked!
I hope you learn lots more. Check out the Learning Guides – they’ll give you lists of videos to watch along with some explanatory text. Them come back here to ask questions.
