Wondering if there is an app or googlr something in my samsung smrtph that will read a text or email to someone who cannot read?

Great question! I’ve been meaning to do a quick tip video on that.

YES! It’s in your Accessibility settings. Note – your menu items may be slightly different 

  • Settings
  • Accessibility
  • Visual
  • Read Selection / Select to Speak – turn it on
  • You should now see a new icon that looks like a speech bubble on any screen. Tap it, then drag across text to be read and it should read it out to you.
