I had to do a little research for this one … I thought you could just view the text, tap the share icon and send it to a printer, but apparently that is not possible. I would take a screenshot of the text in question, then you can print the picture with the Share button technique.
If that doesn’t suit you, then you need to use a third party app like http://ecamm.com/mac/phoneview/
