"Home" setting?

I am convinced my  new Note 3 had a previous owner.  When I ask Galaxy to navigate to the “nearest” WalMart, Walgreens, whatever, I always get routed to Phoenix.  Where can I find the setting that tells it where home is.  I would like to be able to change this setting every time I move.

Are you using the Google Maps app?

As long as you have location services turned ON, it should always know where you are. Just open Google Maps and you should see a blue dot in your current location. If your Location services are off, Google Maps should pop up a message to Use Location? – tap YES

Let me know if this helps.
