Q: I have a ?, where is clipboard on a Samsung J3 Galaxy Eclipse? I know I am in wrong spot for questions. First timer please excuse.
A: Hi Joan, and welcome! I’ve copied your question here – the Q&A page is the right place!
Without a special app, I don’t think there is a way to view your clipboard on an Android device such as the Samsung J3. I’m hoping that your real question is how to copy and paste? Since there is no way to “right-click” or Ctrl-C on a phone, like there is on a computer – many people struggle with how to copy and paste. The trick is to long-press, meaning touch and hold your finger on the screen at the area where there is something you want to copy. You should see some icons appear, usually two markers for beginning and end. Drag those markers to the beginning and end of what you want to copy and tap the screen again – you should see where you can tap on Copy. Now go to where you want that item pasted and, once again, touch and hold until you see the option to past and you can tap that.
