Hi Geeks…Enjoyed this episode…good info! I sincerely hope you both have a wonderful trip. I can see and hear the excitement in this episode.
I was surprised you didn’t mention the Apple Air Tag. It would remind you if any of your devices were left behind!  I recently purchased one of these, and it saved me a lot of grief over the Christmas weekend. I had a 2 hour trip ahead of me, but before I got out of the neighborhood I had visited, it notified me on my iPhone that I had left my iPad behind! Made for an easy turnaround to recover my device. I didn’t even know it had this capability. I thought you had to have the AirTag attached to the item for this to happen. It’s like a little nursery, for lack of a better word…watches over all your children/devices and notifies you when they are left behind. Love it!

Have a GREAT TRIP! I will be following!

Barbara,

Thanks for the comments. Air tags are a good idea, we don’t have any. My apple watch is now alerting me when I go somewhere without my iPhone – must have been included in a recent update. We used “Tiles” on one trip – they worked similar to Air Tags.  We ended up deciding they were more trouble than they were worth. Air tags have probably improved on that – we’ll check into it.
