squinting at the printing

Maybe you have space limitations or software restrictions but I like to read through several forum topics for questions similar to mine that you may have already answered.  But it is getting harder to do that.   Your print is small and light blue and some people write lengthy questions (like me).

If anyone else seems to have difficulty with reading the questions in your forum boxes, could you possibly do larger print or darker print or bold of something to make it easier to read your forum letters and responses?  If you can’t, it does not mean I will stop looking,  I will just be squinting more.  Maybe I am the only one.

Hey Barb,

Thanks for writing – I’m not sure why you’re seeing light blue text. The color I see is gray – but I agree, it should be darker. The entire website is undergoing a design change right now, so we will keep that in mind.

As for the text size, if you’re viewing on a computer, it’s easy to enlarge the size. I hold down the Ctrl key and then scroll the wheel on the mouse up or down. If you don’t have a scroll wheel, then hold down Ctrl and press the + or – keys. You can also click the 3-dot menu at the top right (on Chrome) and change the screen magnification. Check to be sure yours isn’t set to something less than 100% now.

If you’re on a mobile device, holding it horizontally helps, and you should be able to spread two fingers to enlarge the text.
