I am trying to produce a slideshow using Movie Maker for the Frustrated Maestros in Pomona.  I would like to know is there a way to set the “slide” to use a mouse click to advance the movie, so that if a portion of the movie is not in sync with the music, or do you just have to click the pause button?  I think the program is too long requires too many picture to use a Powerpoint program.

I guess another possibility is to just time the program and if it’s slightly off, we would have to accept that.

Sorry, there is no way to set Movie Maker to manually advance slides with a click. The end result is a .wmv file that just plays.

You might be able to just use Picasa – if you don’t need to add recorded narration. Watch this video and see if it might work for you.…..ith-music/
