Good to hear from you.
I see where your automatic payment profile was canceled 4/1/18, the same day of your last recorded payment.
We cannot reinstate a canceled payment profile. It needs to be done by you with a PayPal account or credit/debit card.
The number I have for PayPal support is 1-888-221-1161.
Let us know. Worst case, you can create a new payment profile. Your membership will not be affected.
