I just joined!  I have been reading your blogs awhile and the newsletter.  Sometimes I catch the You Tube videos also.  My husband and I have RV’d since 2003 – for vacations and a few longer extended trips.  We love it!  We are really excited – because we are going to volunteer at Farragut State Park in ID next summer (2015).  We will be museum hosts.  Anyway we will be leaving in March or April to head north.  I am either going to take an extended leave from my job or else quit, not sure yet.

I have an iPhone 6 (new) – hotspot enabled, and iPad.  I am considering getting a new laptop and possibly a new camera before the trip – not sure what I want in that area yet.

I did a blog in 2012 when we were on a three month trip – and I really enjoyed it, but it is easy to get  behind with it.

Well not sure what else to tell you — just hope to learn more about the “cloud” and tips about my devices and how to better organize pictures.

Welcome Mary. I am a newcomer also. If you have not watched it, there is a recent video about using the cloud for your photos. Below is the link.Laugh

Hello Mary,

How cool to be museum hosts for the summer. Enjoy!

As for organizing pictures and using the cloud – probably the biggest problem these days is that there are too many choices. The latest incarnation of iCloud from Apple is looking pretty good. But, as the video that Michael linked shows, I like the Google solutions best.

You might want to read thru the discussion here as well: https://geeksontour.com/forum/p…..practices/
