It depends on what browser you’re using. I use Chrome all the time.
To delete browser history in Chrome on a computer:
- click the 3-dot menu at the right end of the address bar at top
- choose More …, then Clear Browsing data – (click on screenshot below to see it)
- Choose the type of things you want removed, probably just Browsing History. If you also check cookies and passwords, you’ll need to remember all your passwords the next time you visit sites.
- If you are syncing your Google account data, just clearing browser history on the computer, will also delete on the iPad. If not, then on the iPad, the 3-dot menu is at the bottom and you choose History, then “Clear browsing data” at the bottom.
