Do you have some other device where you can get your email? Your phone? or even someone else’s computer where you can log in to your email service provider. What device did you use to write this message? All email providers have some website where you can get in to see your email – you will need to know the password for that.
If not – then it’s not easy to recover a pin for accessing a computer. I have heard of people who know Linux, who can do it with something called Linux Trinity.
