Good evening! My friend sent me over 400 photos and 25 videos via a text on her cell phone to mine. Her photos are stored in icloud. Is there a simple way to receive those and put them in Google photos on my laptop. How do i transfer that many photos to Google photos on my laptop. Is there a simple way to do this? Thank you!

Sorry I missed this when you sent it 🙁
Wow – how did she send 400 photos via text? Maybe it’s an iCloud shared album?
How to get them into Google Photos depends on how she sent them to you.
Assuming they are in an iCloud album, and you have an iPhone:
On your iPhone, you can use the Apple photos app, tap on Albums, and find the album she shared with you. Then you can save all those photos to your device (the camera roll on your iPhone) and Google Photos will see them there and upload them to your account.
Let me know if that helps, or if I made erroneous assumptions – give me more details. Or, maybe you figured it out already?
