So.  Took your Snapseed course and it was wonderful.  Thanks.

Decided I would do the basic G-photos course as well, just to make sure I’m good with everything.

***  I CAN’T EVEN GET PAST 1st LESSON!  ***  Seems I don’t know my G-photos PW.   I’m afraid to go Incognito, why, I don’t know but it seems I don’t know my GP password and cannot find it written down anywhere.  Worried going incognito will leave me with no access at all anymore for photos … or will it work once I go back to my phone/iPad.

I have automatic access to GP on both my phone and iPad but not on computer.  PLUS when I went into ‘my google account‘ on computer it showed a gmail account to be one I made long long ago for YouTube that I totally forgot about and not the gmail acct I’ve been using for last 5-10 years.

I won’t be able to get back to this until maybe Friday this week or possibly Thursday night.  Any suggestions you can offer me to try at that time will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Wow. Thanks for this validation that my lesson one in the course is important!

I’ll bet you’ll be able to recover your password pretty easily since you are logged in on your phone, my bet is that you’ve entered that phone number as part of your account. Then, a code can be sent to your phone to verify your identity and you can reset the password.

In Episode 114 of our YouTube “Button” show, we demonstrate how to recover your account when you forget your password. Here is the place in the video where we demonstrate the process for recovering a Google account: Link to 31:51

Let us know how it goes.
