I can’t think of any way to print the list, but I can tell you how to see all your tags. If you’ve been using tags, then you probably understand the Tag ‘Pane’ – click the tag button in the lower right to open the Tag pane.
The problem is that it only shows the tag(s) that exist for the currently selected photos. There is no command in Picasa to “show me all the tags I’ve created”
The trick is to select ALL your pictures, then the tag pane will show you all the tags. My trick for selecting ALL my pictures is to enter *.jpg in the search field. THat should show, and select, all your pictures. Open the Tag Pane and you’ll see all the tags that are used in that selection. The only way to print that would be with multiple screen shots.
