Dee says, “How do I get it to print a contact sheet I go in to drop down menu click contact sheets and I get a full sheet.”

There are at least 3 ways to get a contact sheet of multiple pictures.

First, the pictures need to be in the selection tray, either selected individually or by selecting a folder or album.
The drop down on the Folder (or Album) menu item should show the print preview of the pictures. Do you see that?
Another way is to specify a Contact Sheet size in Tools > Options > Printing tab.

And, yet another way is to make a collage. ¬†Select the photos, click Create Photo Collage, then choose the type “Contact Sheet”
