Can a photo from one album be copied to another album?   If so,how? Confused

Absolutely!

  • Open album 1 and select the photo(s) you want in album 2
  • click the + at top right and choose Album
  • find album 2 and click it

But, just to clarify – this does not make a copy of the photo. The one photo is stored in your library, it can appear in many albums. If you delete the photo from the library, it is removed from all albums where it appears.
