We are relatively new to our blog GoneByRv and I’m attempting to place a 4-picture collage into our blog and then have the reader be able to click on each individual picture to be enlarged. This is similar to a “thumbnail” picture which will open up into a larger, easier to see picture.
I’m sure that I’m missing something simple in Picasa and I haven’t seen any setting in blogger to accomplish what I’m attempting to do. I know that it can be done as I’ve seen this feature in other people’s blogs.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey Steve and Karen,
It looks like you figured it out at least partly because I see two pictures side by side in your Mardi Gras post. The problem with using a collage created by Picasa is that it is one picture. When you create a collage – all the pictures are merged into one new file. So, there is no way to click on the upper left and show a different full-size picture than what you get by clicking on the upper right.
What you need to do is insert image – small size – one right after the other. The first two will probable fill the blog from left to right margin, then it will wordwrap down to the next line and display the next two. Since these are separate pictures, click on any one will take you to the full size photo.
Admittedly, this doesn’t give you a whole lot of control over the placement. If I were doing this I’d create a 2X2 table and place each picture in one cell. Using Blogger, you’d either need to know how to write the HTML code for tables, OR use Live Writer which includes an ‘Insert Table’ feature.
Here is info on HTML for Tables
And, here is my video on using LiveWriter
Hope that helps
