Hi,

I recently watched your video regarding autobackup and have downloaded it and removed it several times, but each time, it does not allow me to set up the parameters such as what folders do I want to backup, etc. I am using a windows 10 computer and this is quite frustrating.  Can you help?  Thanks

Gordon,

Did it install ok? Meaning, do you have an icon in the lower right system tray that looks like the Google Photos logo?

If not, try clicking on the Windows 10 start button and typing Google Photos – if it is installed, you should see the program appear in the search results – click on it.

This video should help: 394. Google Photos Autobackup: Start, Stop, Uninstall. A couple of times during this video I click on the Google Photos Backup icon – then you see the following menu:

It’s in the settings that you select the folders to be uploaded. I show that in this video 395. Google Photos Autobackup: How to Install on Windows

Let me know if this helps

Thanks Chris,

That was the trick. For some reason, I had forgotten about the settings access in the lower right.
