I recently watched your video regarding autobackup and have downloaded it and removed it several times, but each time, it does not allow me to set up the parameters such as what folders do I want to backup, etc. I am using a windows 10 computer and this is quite frustrating. Can you help? Thanks
Did it install ok? Meaning, do you have an icon in the lower right system tray that looks like the Google Photos logo?
If not, try clicking on the Windows 10 start button and typing Google Photos – if it is installed, you should see the program appear in the search results – click on it.
