When Chromecast slideshow is running in the background and can be accessed by changing the input on the TV is it using the battery from the iphone or ipad that placed it there?

The battery is my iphone seems to be losing its charge faster than it did before it had the Google Home App.

Is it using the battery of the device, or is it my imagination?

Thank you very much.

The photos that play on your TV are coming from the Web. It may have been set up by your phone and the Home app, but once it’s started the phone is not involved. At least that’s how I understand it 🙂 You can test by powering down your phone and see if the screensaver photos still play on the TV.

Did you check in your iPhone’s Settings, Battery to see what is on top of the list?
