Q: I need to know how to “Add” a folder in Picasa. I currently have nearly 100 folders but need about 2 more and I forgot how to add these (to be called “Year 2017” and “Year 2018).

A: That feature is a bit hidden .. as you will not find any command to Create a new folder. What you have to do is select a photo or two, right click and “Move to New Folder” Heres’ the video:
