When I try to print an album in Google Photos all I get is the title of the album, not the pictures.

I am printing using the three dots at the top right.

Does this have something to do with the changes in back up and sync?

Thank you very much.

Hey Tom,

I’m not sure what you’re seeing when you use the 3-dot menu. When I open an album and click the 3-dot menu, print is not even an option. Are you trying to get something like a contact sheet? Tiny prints of all the photos in an album? If so, I would download the album photos to your computer, then use Picasa and then Folder, Print contact sheet.

If what you want is 4X6 prints of each photo in the album, I would use the new Order Prints feature of Google Photos. Open the album of photos and select them all – now, up next to the 3-dot menu you should see a shopping cart, click that and you can order prints for .25 each (I think) – you choose whether to pick them up from a local Walmart or CVS.

Does that help?

It appears you may be using the browser’s 3-dot menu and not the menu in Google Photos.

You cannot print an album using Google Photos.

A newly added feature allows you to purchase prints of selected photos.

Chris is working on a tutorial video about that. I expect she’ll have more to say here, too.
