I’m having trouble with my Google Photo app on my iPhone and IPad  – it will not open.

It just keeps closing so cannot use it on either device.

This has been happening for about a week.Frown

Check in your App store and see if there is an update. One came out just recently – hopefully installing the update will solve the problem. Let me know.

I tried what looked like an update and still does the same thing.

I first deleted the app and then tried to open what I thought was an update.

it’s very frustrating.
