We have 2 smartphones that we use for most of our photography. When I try to download photos from my phone, it works great. Then I move on to my husband’s phone and usually it doesn’t work. I get the blank photo download screen like attached below. What am I doing wrong?
I have a Windows 10 Asus computer. The screen shows the outline of the screen I get to choose which photos to import but no pictures are there.
There is no image attached to your message. A link might be easier. To insert an image from your computer, use the “Upload Attachments” button at the bottom of the message.
I also need to know what type of phone you have and what type your husband has. One thing that trips up a lot of people is that, on iPhone you will need to watch the phone’s screen after you attach the cable and answer a question giving permission. On Android phones, you may need to go into USB settings and change it from charging only to data transfer.
Let me know and we’ll go from there.
