I have wasted hours trying to copy my pictures from a SD card to a DVD. I have already copied my pictures from this full memory card to my computer over the course of the past 3 months and now I want to copy directly from the SD card and burn a DVD on my computer. Is this possible? I have been down several paths, but no success. Is the only course to take the pictures from My Pictures (that are in several folders) to the DVD? I insert the memory card and then have to choose a method (HP Image Zone Transfer, Picasa, Windows Live Writer, etc). Then Windows Media Player opens and I eventually get the desired pictures dragged into the appropriate column. I then establish a name, insert a DVD and hit “Burn” CD. Nothing happens and then the DVD tray opens and a drop down box says that after I insert a new DVD it will automatically begin to burn the DVD. Nothing happens. I am obviously missing something. A step by step procedure would be great. I have Chris's Show Me How DVD, but there is no mention about going directly from SD mmemory card and burn a DVD. If I have missed the appropriate video, please steer me to it.
Thanks, Rod Keech

Rod take a look at #51 in the learning library using frames Chris shows how to collect photos using filters in Picasa might help you arrange and copy to disk after you get the photos you want.
I forgot this link on using dvd maker.
