I don’t understanding how to upload several pictures to Auto Awesome. I watched a YouTube video and he said to upload photos into your profile but didn’t show how to do it. I would really like to see a step by step video showing the steps to take. Thanks.

Great Idea! I’ll put that on the top of my “Videos to Make” list! I’ll let you know here when it’s done.
Meanwhile, let me just tell you that you upload photos just using the Share on Google+ button in Picasa. That’s all you have to do – just upload the originals. The Auto-Awesome stuff happens automatically IF Google+ notices that the uploaded pictures meet the criteria for any of the Auto-Awesome types.
I keep a private Album on Google+ just for uploading potential auto-awesome pictures to – then, if any of them work out, I copy the resulting picture to the Album that I share.

Thank you MrsGeek, I have made 2 albums (private). One with 3 pictures and the other with 5. I had taken them on continuous shooting 12 months ago and they would both look great if all goes according to plan. Am I notified when this great event takes place?

You should get a notification fro Google+ that you have new auto-awesome pictures available. Sometimes it’s almost immediate – other times a day later. In any case, you can always take a look at the album and you will see if the auto-awesome pictures have been added, they have a 3star icon in the upper right

Thank you Mrs Geek, nothing so far with Auto-Awesome. Is there a tutorial for Google+?? I know they keep changing things but I have trouble working around the site. For instance one of the albums was private and the other was not shared and I don’t know what I did differently. One album of five photos was split into two albums, one with 3 pics and the other with 5. Thank you for your help.

Sometimes the Auto-Awesome happens in minutes, sometimes it takes a day or two. If it doesn’t happen, there’s nothing you can do to force it. It means that the originals simply weren’t recognized as good candidates. The only thing you can try is to re-upload the originals to a new album.
As for tutorials – I will make some this year, but I’m still figuring it out myself! So, I’m not ready quite yet. Hoping for the dust to settle a bit
