Trip Wizard probably has the best set of features for RV travels, I just find it a bit clunky.
I use Google’s My Maps for the planning, even though it doesn’t have all the features I’d like (reporting distances for each segment, calculating date of arrival) because it integrates with Google Maps on my phone for navigation, and it ends up as the record of my travels that I can easily share. See our plan for 2018 here. And, maps from all previous years here.

For sure, do let us know how it goes. RVTripWizard does have some great features. As I recall, the export feature created a csv or a gpx file? Then you need to import that into Google Maps, or Rand McNally.
When I create a plan in Google My Maps, I can open that as an overlay on Google Maps and see all my stops. Still not perfect, but a little less cumbersome than export/import – especially when you make changes.

I just subscribed to RV Trip Wizard about a month ago and REALLY like it. What I like best is that almost everything you need is in one application. You can identify parks and see reviews for same, see the WalMarts and fuel stops along your route, print out summaries, create “over view” maps, etc. The “circles” that show what’s in your desired daily driving window is a great place to start.
As much as I like it, I’m not sure I would spend the $$$ if I wasn’t taking long trips.
Good to know Jean. We paid for RV Trip Wizard one year and it does have a bunch of nice features. So far, I am committed to Google Maps, Google My Maps, and Allstays Camp and RV. The one thing missing in that mix is an easy way to calculate when we’ll arrive at any given destination. But, that one feature is not enough to make me use RV Trip Wizard.
