WE travel full-time in our motorhome and all of the locations on my google map switch from A, B, C to a, b, c with different colors. Is there a way to just number each location so our viewers can figure out where we are by the latest number? Thanks.

The only way to do that would be to add a number to the beginning of the place name, and then set labels to display the name.

To set labels – click the paint roller icon at the top of the layer. choose “Set Labels” to Name.
