I have created a map in Google Maps Engine. I cannot find the HTML code to embed this map in blogspot. Below is a link to the map I made. Where on this page is the code located?

https://mapsengine.google.com/map/edit?mid=zRz2CKt54ZpI.kl4Dx9FGiuyM

Thanks

Jerri

They Hide it!

Click on the share icon  then click on Embed.

They’ve even changed it since our video, but the video still may help: https://geeksontour.com/2014/05…..ustom-map/

note added later: the video is still correct for when you’re viewing your own map – it’s the folder icon where embed is found, the share icon is what you see when viewing someone else’s map

I am still having trouble finding the source code to embed the custom map in my blogspot. Any other suggestions? I have found the link to share the map but no source code to embed.

Thank you

Never Mind. I have found the source code in the folder on the right top side of the page.

Ahhh … the Share icon is what you see when viewing someone else’s map – like when I viewed yours. It is still the folder icon when you’re editing your own – like in the video. Although my folder is on the top left, not top right.
