I inadvertently have 2 facebook accounts under two separate email ids. Is there a way I can merge these two account or tranfer all info from accout 1 to account 2 ? I tried just changing the email address but got a message that new email address was already in use (it was my other email address).
Any ideas ?
Nope – you can't merge them. It needs to be done manually. Figure out which one you want to keep and add any content from the other one … pictures etc. Then delete the other. As a practical matter, you should probably post a status update on the account to be deleted telling people to friend you on the other account.
Here is the Facebook help topic on the issue:

If perchance one of your accounts is more related to a business or club of yours, you might try this new feature:
Facebook Now Allows Personal Profiles To Be Converted Into Business Pages
So, you could convert the one to a business page and keep the other personal one.
