My Facebook was hacked and ID, password, email, phone number, and ? was changed. This does not allow me to retrieve the account and correct this. Their help page only sends the code to the erroneous email or phone number for me to access the account. Help would be appreciated.

By the way, the perpetrator was from Russia.

Love what you do.

Shermon,

Yikes, that’s nasty. I know of some people, that no matter what they did, could not get their account back. I hope that’s not you.

Questions:

  1. Can you still see the account? See if the hacker is posting anything?
  2. Can your friends still see the account?
  3. Have you visited this page: https://www.facebook.com/hacked and followed the instructions there?
you may be asked to provide a photo of your Drivers License or other ID. You will need to do that.
  4. Can you ask some friends to report the issue as well?

Let me know.

If this was you, you won’t be able to access certain security and account settings for a few days. You can still access these settings from a device you’ve logged in with in the past.
If this wasn’t you, you can secure your account from a device you’ve logged in with in the past. Learn more.”

If your password and phone have been changed, I assume you have no way to get into Facebook at all anymore, so giving you links in Facebook won’t help.

Since you received these emails to your correct email address, I figure responding to those emails is the only avenue you have. Do you have a mobile device that is possibly still logged in from a time previous to the hack?

Even if you can’t sign in, it can be useful to try the http://www.Facebook.com/hacked page using your phone (no need to sign in to facebook, just use a browser). The screens seem a little different than those on the computer. Maybe doing the report from the phone that was associated with your account can get you a bit further along.

Sorry, but I have no inside info on support at Facebook. If the Facebook.com/hacked on your phone doesn’t get you anywhere I would try working those emails that they sent you. At least with those, you have their proof of your original account email and phone #.
