I have a new computer with Windows 8. The computer has the PS-2 sockets that are labeled keyboard and mouse. I have limited USB sockets so would like to use my old keyboard and mouse to save USB sockets. I plugged in old keyboard and mouse and then turned on the computer thinking it would find the new hardware. It did not. Is there a way to force the computer to find and use the PS-2 keyboard and mouse? Thanks.
