I am trying to print photos 8.5 x 11 in Portrait, but every time they print in landscape. This is happen on two printers. The Picasa settings are entered correctly when the print is started.
Have looked at printer settings in control panel and it is correct.
Have not had these to happen in the past.
Help?
Also can the pixels be changed to improve a photo?
Thanks

Does the Picasa print screen show the photo in portrait? That's usually pretty accurate.
And, the Print Options 'Layout' is set to portrait?
As for pixels, you really can't create more than the original has. However, the collage feature does approximate that. If you choose one photo and then click collage, you can stretch that photo bigger. it will end up with more pixels – and may create a better print. Let us know
