Question: I have a long Word document I’d like to translate from English to Dutch and copy to paper. Can you aim me at a resource?

Answer: There is the website translate.google.com which will take a document and translate it into any one of 100 different languages. I haven’t personally used that, so I can’t vouch for how long a document it can work with or how good it is. I’ve seen enough foreign translations to English however, that I wouldn’t trust it to be great. If you really want people to read and understand your document I would recommend having a person at least review the translation. 

Here is one possibility for human translation services, I do see Dutch on the list:  Fiverr.com services offering translation
