When deleting or moving an email to trash on my iPhone, the task appears to have taken place on the phone and on the email server (in this case Google mail). But, when I log into my Gmail account from the PC using the Chrome browser, the trashed emails are still in the inbox. This used to work, then suddenly stopped. I can’t find a setting that may have changed. Was there an update that made the change?
iPhone 12 Pro 16.3.1
I have noticed lately that updating my email inbox is taking longer than it used to, but it does still work.
Have you tried refreshing? You click the circular arrow to the left of the address bar at the top of the screen. Essentially that closes Gmail and reopens it. When I do that, the emails I deleted on my iPhone are finally gone from my browser.
Let me know.
