Create Greeting Cards

I would like to create greeting cards using pictures in Picasa and my own greetings.  The software that I have found has preprinted greetings that cannot be changed.  Does anyone know of any programs that has blank templates that will use your pictures and allow you to enter your own messages.

Thanks

I use Microsoft Publisher because it comes with Microsoft Office.  It has plenty of templates for greeting cards, yet it is completely editable.

Probably the most popular software for that is Printshop by Broderbund.

There are also plenty of free greeting card programs, just google for free greeting card software.  Actually, it's better to search in a trusted directory like Cnet.com or Tucows.com.  A google search can bring up the bad along with the good.
