This question came via email.  PLEASE post questions  here in the forums.  We can't keep up with email, *and* we want everyone to see the answers.

Can you recommend a program to convert files to PDF?  I googled it and a program called PDFlite came up for free but when I clicked on it i got a warning.  I don't mind buy software.  thought I'd ask you first.

If you have MS Office (Word) 2007 or higher – you can just Save As .pdf (you might need to download an add-in first)
Or Open Office, I believe, can also perform that function.
If you don't have either of those, then, I think the utility I've heard of is use CutePDF.  the best place to download utilities is from http://www.download.com.  We trust them to be malware free.  Here's an article on .pdf conversions.

I've been very happy with the conversion program Bullzip PDF Printer, available at: http://www.bullzip.com/product…..f/info.php

It's actually a print driver — which means one selects it rather than the regular printer and thus create a PDF file. I find that Bullzip creates a smaller file than other methods I've used. It's very easy to use!
