If you use a photo gadget, there is a place to enter the URL you want for when someone clicks on the photo.
If you use an HTML gadget, then you need to know how to write the html code for an image in a link. Here is an example that takes an image of the geekLogoSign.jpg and links it to GeeksOnTour.com
<a href=”GeeksOnTour.com” target=”_blank”><img width=”300″ height=”225″ src=”https://geeksontour.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/GeekLogosign.jpg”></a>
It may be easier to use two gadgets – one for the text above the one for the picture with the link.
