Hi Chris,
I have noticed for awhile now that sometimes the black bar I have across the top of my blog that has Magazine, Home, About Us, Picture Albums and Trip Itineraries does not always display.Just the black bar appears. Today I have it up fine but my husband can not display anything on this bar. There are times when it will not display for me either. I have gone into the pages and hit update or apply (sorry can’t remember what comes up) hoping to refresh the information but that does not seem to change anything.
Sometimes I will reboot my computer which may or may not change the display. Our blog is http://www.maladonadventures.b…..ogspot.com

Awesome blog! It looks fine now, of course – sorry for my delay.
That is your Header Bar, and you can specify different colors by using the Template Designer. See video: Template Designer
My guess though is that the problem is with the browser being unable to properly render the header bar. Next time it happens, try using a different browser.. Chrome instead of Internet Explorer, or vice versa.
