How do I make my blogger post title have it’s own URL and page, such that the title is clickable. I want to share a post via email, but I don’t have a URL to share.

Martha

Check out this video 167.BL-Link to a Single Post and see if it helps. If not, let me know and we’ll go from there.

I didn’t get any sound on the video. Is the transcript available? Re-started computer, same results. BUT, I took out the ear buds, and now I can hear! The blog I have is using a Classic Theme, and it says I can’t do anything in the Layout tab. So I wonder if I can find the post title in the HTML and add a link to the title posts? By hovering over the date, I find the permalink address is linked to it, so I guess I can use that to share a post. As it is, none of the posts in my blog are clickable – but I can also find their URL by going to the list of Previous Posts.

Another odd thing, when I write a blog post and then Preview it, their is no CSS style to it – just text across the entire screen. I went to the Blogger blog and find the last update is over a year old. So maybe they are just not updating their coding anymore? So sad…

Martha – could you post the link to your blog? I’d like to check it out. Getting a url to a single post has always been available. I can’t think of what may have changed.
