I’ve been away from blogging for a while and want to get back into it using my original, one and only blog. First I want to make new backups, but I see completely new screens in the dashboard. I managed to find how to back up Contents, but I cannot find how to back up Theme. It is now January 2021, and apparently I’ve missed several updates in the past couple of years. Can you guide me through how to find the secrets to backing up the Theme? I’m sure that after I do that, I will ask further questions. Thanks.
UPDATE: Previously I could not find the “three dots” as described in Google’s instructions. But I did find the content backup feature in Theme>Customize link. It’s happened more than once that I answer my own question by just poking around.
Good job Carol.
Yes, Blogger has been changing. I’m glad because that means it is alive and well – they’re not planning to kill it off any time soon. But, yes – sometimes we have to hunt for the features.
I find Backup theme right on the down arrow next to the theme selection. I made a screenshot explanation – take a look and see if it’s any different from what you found. Just click the miniature to enlarge.
