Hey Bill,
The contact us form you see on this site is a WordPress plugin. Blogger doesn't offer any such thing natively but there are third party 'gadgets.' I haven't used any myself.
I went to your page and tried to send a message using the form you made with 'emailmeform' I'm not sure if it worked or not – did you get a message that said something “Hi Bill … just a test.” The form didn't seem to have a place to put the message … just my name, email and then the captcha (word verification) code.
