A Host ID is a way to allow a scheduled meeting to be hosted by another attendee so they can control the meeting if the creator of the meeting can’t attend.
Zoom Meetings allow participants to share their screens during a meeting. This is usually used to display a slideshow or demonstrate a process on the computer.
