Jan 24, 2022 Golden Gate Computer Society: Seminar on photo editing

GGCS.org announcement: Chris and Jim Guld will be teaching photo editing using your smart phone – both iPhones and Android phones – with the new editing tools in Google Photos and its more advanced companion program Snapseed (developed by Nik Software, which was bought by Google a few years ago). Both apps are free. There are also versions for Chrome or Edge browsers, but without some of the functions offered by the phone apps. Their presentation will focus on editing and not the other features aimed at storing, organizing and sharing photos.

At the end will be a short segment on making customized Google Maps with personalized markups (mymaps.google.com), and tips for using Google Timeline and Street View.
