Could you please provide the version number of the software your using and/or phone? Once again, my Samsung 7 doesn’t have the motion feature you discuss and it will be a while before I spend $800 on a new phone
Bonnie, mine is a Samsung Note 9, but a Google search tells me that the S7 does have motion photos. It’s on the camera. Open the camera as if you’re going to take a photo. Tap the gear icon for settings, you should see motion photos there.
