If you are on our Recurring type of membership, your credit card is charged automatically every year. If your card expires, or has otherwise been changed, the charge will not go thru and your membership will terminate. To update your credit card information:
- Login to your PayPal Account (www.paypal.com)
- Click the menu option for Profile
- Find the Financial Information section and click on Credit Cards
- Edit your existing card, or Add a Card.
But, I don’t have a PayPal account!
If you have a recurring membership with Geeks On Tour – you do indeed have a PayPal account, whether you realize it or not. We do not have access to your credit card information – we don’t want that responsibility! PayPal provides the best security for Internet transactions. Our membership process uses PayPal to store your credit card information and do the annual billing. When you signed up for a recurring membership you either
- provided your PayPal account username and password
- a PayPal account was created during the sign up process
If you don’t know your PayPal account username and password … go to PayPal.com and enter the email that you used when you signed up for a Geeks on Tour membership. That email is most likely your PayPal username. Then, you’ll need to remember the password you created – likely the same password you used for your membership? If you don’t come up with the correct password, you can click where it says, “forgot?” and a way to reset your password will be sent to the email you provide.
What if nothing works?
